How editable codes work
- Create a code. Sign in, paste a destination, and print the QR pattern for its short link, like
fixedqr.com/r/abc123. - Point it anywhere. New menu URL? Edit the destination in your account — the printed code never changes.
- Keep it forever. Redirects never depend on your plan status. Even if you cancel, scans keep landing on the last destination you set.
Pricing FAQ
What happens to my editable codes if I cancel?
They keep redirecting to the destination they had when the plan ended. You lose the ability to edit them and any paid extras — every printed code keeps working.
Why is there no free trial?
Because trials are the trap. Sites that hand out "free" dynamic codes have to switch those codes off when the trial ends — that is how printed menus die. We would rather charge from day one and leave the redirects on forever.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account. A plan change never touches your codes or their destinations.
Do editable codes include scan statistics?
Scan stats are rolling out alongside editable codes. The static generator, API and MCP server remain free either way.
